The staff is a ten, very attentive and helpful. The food stuff, the facilities, every little thing was Great. We spent a fantastic stay as well as the meal was tasty. We loved HARRIS Hotel Batam Center. We’re going to repeat!

This hotel was really centrally positioned and the personnel on the reception were there at any hours. The beds were cozy and the other guests had been generally respectful with everyone so the atmosphere was how we like it.The air con was off and on, maybe my mistake using it. Really great hotel and fantastic location. Surely will suggest HARRIS Hotel Batam Center!

Stayed for 4 nights with my spouse. Beds ended up big enough and the space was normally clean. The employees have been quite handy and friendly and always made us feel like home. Rooms are big along with the closet. Bathroom was also very clean and the shower was wonderful. Not an incredibly social hotel anyway, maybe was all along our stay.

Pretty nice and clean place. The area where is located is great, exactly what we preferred. Beds were very comfortable. There wasn’t a great deal of the social atmosphere but it really is great for an entire night relaxation. I loved my stay here enormously and will most likely reserve again for my following stop by here.
